Treehouse Cottages - Eureka Springs, Arkansas Lodging

Reservations: Reservations are taken only by phone at 479-253-8667. We do not take reservations online, although feel free to call 479-253-8667 or email with any inquiries at info@treehousecottages.com We have a 2-night stay requirement for weekends, unless one night happens to be available. No minimum requirement for weekdays.

Prices: Our rate is $145.00 - $165.00 per night plus tax, every night, year-round.

Discounts: Every consecutive 4th night stayed in the same cottage is $20 off.

Deposit: You are required to pay for one night of your stay (deposit) at the time a reservation is made. The remaining balance and the tax are due at check in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Debit Cards for the deposit. These cards, or cash or check, are accepted upon arrival for the remaining balance.

Availability: Reservations are encouraged as far in advance as possible. Our weekends and holidays tend to fill up 4-6+ months in advance. Weeknights fill up usually around 2+ months in advance. However, we do have vacancies here and there on short notice and we do get cancellations on occasion…please check our availability calendar or call or email. We take reservations all the way through the end of the upcoming year, so feel free to book for your next special occasion, holiday or festival event.

Check-in & out: Check in is around 3pm. Check-out is no later than 11:30am.

Location: Our main location, which includes our office, gift shop, wedding garden, 2-story cottage and 3 treehouses, is located in Eureka Springs on Highway 62 west, just around the corner from the Visitor’s Welcome Center/Trolley Office. From here, it is approximately ½ mile to the downtown Historic District. Our 2nd location is located 1 mile from our office, just south of downtown and includes 3 additional treehouses.

Policies:

Cancellation - We have a “2-week notice” requirement for canceling, re-scheduling or early departures. Your deposit will be refunded (-$10.00 booking fee) if you let us know 15 days or more from the date you are scheduled to arrive that you need to cancel or reschedule or make changes to your reservation dates.
If for Any Reason, you do so, 14 days or less from you arrival date, the deposit is NON-Refundable. There is also No-Refund on early departures.
Should you decide to leave a day or more before you’re scheduled “check-out date”, you will still be responsible for the full number of nights you had reserved.

Children - All Treehouses are for 2 Adults Only.
The Hillside Haven Cottage sleeps 2 adults OR a family up to 4. It does not sleep 4 adults.

Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our cottages.
You are welcome to smoke outside on the deck.
If the policy is broken, we will require a cleaning fee equal to a 1-night stay in that cottage.

Pets - We do not accept pets of any kind.

Parking and Accessibility:

Hillside Haven Cottage is our most convenient cottage, with front door, covered, off street parking. There are no stairs to climb unless the loft bedroom on the 2nd floor loft is needed.
Cedar Shade Treehouse, Hidden Oak Treehouse and Hideaway Treehouse, all have assigned off street parking spaces next to our office. There are then 2 flights of stairs and a path to get to each treehouse.
Bungalow Treehouse, Towering Pines Treehouse and Whispering Wood Treehouse each has its own personal space at the base of the treehouse, just off our crushed limestone road. There is 1 flight of stairs to get to the top of each treehouse.

NOTE: IDEALLY, EACH COTTAGE HAS PARKING FOR 1 VEHICLE. IF YOU WILL BE TRAVELING WITH MULTIPLE VEHICLES, OR TRAILERS, PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS WHEN YOUR RESERVATION IS MADE.

Amenities:

All cottages have heat/ac.
Upon arrival, complimentary snacks and beverages will be in the kitchen.
We have a free movie library for guests to choose from.
Complimentary champagne or sparkling juice is provided for our honeymoon and anniversary guests.
Kitchens are equipped with dishes and utensils.
During the season, we furnish “firelogs” for the fireplaces.
All barbeque grills are gas.
