For your convenience, we offer 4 packages: #1) Wedding Package: $350.00 Includes –Bride & Groom and up to 6 guests. (8 people total) Ordained Minister Wedding Coordinator Wedding cake Flower arrangement for the table setting Champagne (or non-alcoholic wine) Music (via CD) Use of flagstone terrace garden (weather permitting) May – Oct. with handmade rock waterfall, Koi goldfish pond and flowered archway #2) Wedding Package: $325.00 Includes - Bride & Groom ONLY, no guests. Same as package #1, but with NO guests #3) Elopement Package: $275.00 Same as package #2 no guests and service performed in cottage. Includes – Bride & Groom ONLY, no guests. Referral - We are happy to refer you to the minister that we use to make your own private arrangements. You may have the ceremony performed in your Treehouse, on your Private deck, or in our flower garden if it is not being utilized. Wedding Cake & Champagne (We will bring the cake & champagne to your cottage on the day of your ceremony) #4) Elopement Package: FREE (Year round) Includes – Bride & Groom ONLY, no guests. Same as package #3, but with no cake or champagne. Referral and location ONLY.

STATE MARRIAGE LICENSE REQUIREMENT: You are required to have an Arkansas State Marriage License. This can be obtained anywhere in Arkansas and, it costs around $60.00. The easiest place to get the license is right here in Eureka Springs at the Carroll County Courthouse. (479-253-8646) Both the Bride and Groom MUST be present. You will be required to have a Social Security number and a Photo ID. There is no waiting period to use the license or blood test requirements. However, the license must be used within 60 days of being purchased, and must be returned for filing as soon as possible.
