As you are making your wedding arrangements with us, please note the following:

We are unable to perform weddings on Friday and Sunday.

For Garden wedding ceremonies, our garden patio may be used for one hour.

Please call ahead for all wedding arrangements.

You must be a guest at Treehouse Cottages to utilize our wedding services.

Room stay is NOT included in any of our wedding packages.

STATE MARRIAGE LICENSE REQUIREMENT:

You are required to have an Arkansas State Marriage License.

The easiest place to get the license is right here in Eureka Springs at the Carroll County Courthouse (479-253-8646).
Both the Bride and Groom MUST be present.

You will be required to have a Social Security number and a Photo ID. The license must be used within 60 days of being
purchased and must be returned for filing as soon as possible.
